First stages of Texturing.

The first thing I looked at was the crate. Now, I will stress that I worked ALL of this out by myself, due to my hard drive forcing me to miss my lecture on it, so it may be completely wrong.
I decided I wanted a texture that I had made on the side of the crate to show it was a Fable based door. I looked at the crates in the game, and decided to create a Reaver Industries crate. This is the texture I created in Photoshop using a wood texture and creating text.

This is the original texture, found here.

And this is the texture I created, decreasing the brightness and increasing the contrast, as well as adding the RI, which stands for Reaver Industries.

I then used the UV texture editor to place the texture on correctly, and for the side faces, I scaled them all up and placed them on the wood where there was no writing.

I then decided to add a sign for the shop, and after looking at various signs in the game, this is the design I made, which combines a mixture of all the signs I looked at, and keeps the Fable humour. This was created using a mixture of different brushes.

This is the sign on the model, as well as the wood background which is the same texture as the crate.

I then added this brick texture to the wall:

Which was found here
And this floor texture to the base:

Which was found here

I then started on creating the posters. This is the poster I created which can be seen on the model above.

This texture was found here

This is the finished poster using the texture. It was based on this poster found in Fable 3.
